RETURNS

If you are unhappy with one or more of your items I do have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact me at wayne@geeksarecool.co.uk. If your return is accepted, I will send out instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Buyers will be responsible for any loss in value caused by the return. Buyers will also be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product is incorrect/ faulty.
